Has people Daily asking for Money, and he's not Cheap he wants. 50 cents, According to him His Bike broke, how could you permit this at your place. You also have all the Uber, Limos Sitting there smoking like this is their base cause this is close to airport, are you serious.
I have been going to Wawa five times a week for about 20 years. Today I bought soup like I have done 100 times before. I have in the past even put Wawa soup in a backpack while riding my bike. While going ten miles an hour two soups fell over and immediately the top fell off. This completely ruined my car, to the point I will never be able to re-sell it. I wanted to know what your soup top's purpose is supposed to be, are they expected to pop off instantly? If this is so, how are single drivers expected to take their soup home. My belief is that these tops got wet prior to use.
After writing my long complaint; then you tell me it only accepts 1000 letters. ? In Gap, Pa. A cashier by name of June is unpleasant. The first encounter she was complaining about the manager chewing her out in front of customers to the cashier next to her. She never said a word to me except the amount I owed. About a week later in same store, June was at the register by herself. Never a word except; "seven forty, five. When I started to leave, she did ask if it was cooling off outside. I love Wawa and will always go back. But it seems a shame to allow your reputation to go this way.
On 9/3 the Wawa store on Brownsville rd in Trevose, PA had a problem. A customer was filling a LG cup with soda. A LG heavy-set middle aged woman called out loudly 'I saw you putting soda in your cup and says to make sure you pay for that. She then goes to the cashier and said to make sure you charge him for the 32oz soda he drank. The woman then asked the man (who was really annoyed/angry) where is the soda? He said he put it aside and got a coffee instead and she retorted after you drank it all. I was very uncomfortable when I heard this.
I ordered two hoagies today around 10:30 at the Wawa at Harbison and Comly. Tuna hoagie and ham and cheese hoagie. Never did I ask for extra mayo on my tuna hoagie. I drive down the shore get my hoagie out of the cooler and extra mayo. Hoagie ruined. Will never eat a hoagie from Wawa again.
I want to post a complaint about a worker at Wawa on mercury by the name of Angela Fetter that was smoking drugs outside of Wawa. I felt like it was a complete disgrace. I will no longer go to that Wawa anymore due to the disrespect for the customers and that no other staff did anything about it. She is unprofessional and disrespectful when she was approached. I believe someone will do something about this situation. Thank you have a good day.

Good morning. I am a big fan of Wawa and always have been. However, over the past two weeks, the Wawa that I visit for breakfast seems to have been dismally mismanaged. I am speaking about the Wawa at 6001 Harbison Avenue in Philadelphia. I go there between 6:30 and 6:45 most Tuesdays, Thursdays, and some Fridays. They have had no breakfast sandwiches available on the two days I went this week. This morning, the coffee urns of the style I prefer were both empty, so I tried for two others, and they were both empty as well. I finally had to settle for a blend of two kinds I do not usually drink. Please help get this store back to where it should be. Wawa usually helps my mornings off to a good start, but I'm sorry to say they have fallen short of late. Thank you.
Hello. Like just about everyone, I love Wawa I love its convenience, the gas prices that are usually one of the lowest in the area, the menu options t hat keep expanding, etc. However, the one thing that I find very frustrating is the fact many Wawa employees take their smoke breaks right near the store's doors or along the walls where parking is located. I absolutely find this offensive. I would strongly like to suggest that the company consider a policy - and enforce it- where memployees have a place to take such breaks where it won't impact on the customers. There have been times I am so put off by this and left to go to another place to get what I need or totally skip it. Please keep up the great work in so many areas of the convenience store realm while addressing areas for improvement. Thank you.
This incident quite posibly involves one of your stores, so please bear with me. Recently my bank account was breached. Everything was taken by some cyber-thief. Within days of this, an attempt was made by a cyber-thief, to breach my brother's account. He was luckier, his bank interepted it. The only common factor between us, is that we patronize the same Wawa store. That store is your Jenkintown, Pa. Store. I would suggest you have your scanners inspected/checked, throughly, for any type of foulplay. I did go to that store to inform the manager of the incident and my suspicions. He appeared concerned at first, but as the conversation went on his attention diminished.
Wawa Store 8018 Colmar PAI usually like to have a Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit sizzlie for breakfast. All the Wawas I go to around here, always have them in the counter warmers in the morning EXCEPT this store in Colmar. They never have them, so I asked why today and they said it is a "special order" item. Oh c'mon, that's a crock. Can somebody shake their tree or something? I go there on Saturdays.
I always go to the Quakertown Wawa 8044 on 309 for lunch. In the last couple of weeks, they have been getting slower and messing up my orders more frequently. Today was, by far, the worst. They skipped over my order and when I questioned them, they said (very rudely) that they were working on it. It took forever and when I got back to work I found that I received a burnt Panini with the wrong meat. I've finally had enough of this store and will start going somewhere else.
I am a former employee who needs to make a complaint about my store manager. I do not think he resolved things the right way. I am trying to get a hold of Wawa corporate to do so. He could have switched my shift to a shift that i do not work with a fellow employee that we do not get along. Or transfer me to a different store. So the only other option i had was to quit since he wouldn't transfer shift or store. If this is the way all Wawas treat their employees then im happy i am no longer an employee of Wawa. I used to love my job. But hate it since me and one other employee do not get along. And nepotism it would be greatly appreciate if someone could contact me about this.
I went to the Wawa at 24930 John J Williams Hgwy, store 0865 at about 1:30 pm on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 to purchase two medium soups with buttered rolls. I placed the order on the computer. I was also going to buy two pretzels, they were burnt. After I payed for order I was advised that they were out of Lobster Bisque. The soup that was available was Chicken Corn Chowder. Only two kinds of soup per the management. Hot Food Menu has four kinds of soup listed at Wawa on Tuesdays. I asked for a full refund. Today, October 6, 2015 I stopped again at store 0865 and again there are two kinds of soup. Not Lobster Bisque. The clerk advised me that store 0865 does not have menus. I have shopped at Wawa for decades and the most valuable aspect of Wawa is quality and exact menu items. Not at store 0865.
Wawa store in hazlet NJ, i had an issue last night 9/17/2015 with a Denise, she was very rude, loud, yelling at her co worker's. Gave me an attitude and told my husband to kiss her Ass. I will not be going back to that store as long as she is still working there. I will take my business some where. If nothing get's done this is not the first time she was rude to me or my husband, my eight year old asked the manager if she could help him find something. She huffed rolled her eye's and walked away from him. I've told my friend's and family about her and I am not the only one who had problems with this nasty woman. Please do something thank you.

On numerous occasions I have seen an employee by the name of Paul at store number 00068 harass and start arguments and cursing at customers and me living on the same street as the wawa I feel very uncomfortable to go to that store and have to waste my gas to drive to another wawa in the area. There were 4 occasions where I became so angry I wanted to explode and jump into his harassment with customers but felt like if I got involved that this employee Paul would start with me and living so close by if I did say anything to your ignorant employee that I would fear for my own safety. In reference store 5129. MANAGERS are suppose to know store policies. Especially when involves minors. The minor never received handbook. But this minor was on break, and MANAGER on duty was also taking a cigarette break at the time with the minor. Never coached her employee that if she lit up the cigarette she could lose the job since she was a minor. Did not know could not smoke on the property being a minor. Why did the MANAGER not address it. The GM walks in and fires the minor. Was her first job, anytime was called she would work. Always asking for more hrs. The lack of accurate orientation, and lack of MANAGERS AWARENESS OF COMMUNICATION of dos and do nots and consistency got her fired. Not right.
