Pathetic service by your store staff at dehradun tommy store lifestyle PACIFIC MALL. Tommy being one of the esteemed brand provides such horrible service. Its been just three months that we bought two watches together, both of them within span of three months got severe problems with the watches. When reported to the store they were very lathergic and reluctant to provide us the repair service and somehow after such long conversation agreed to provide us the repair service and gave us one month time after one month when we visited the store they again asked us for one month more in between please note they never bothered to inform the status of the watches both the watches had cost us approx 12k. This is simply ridiculous. The staff and the manager was highly insensitive and not bothered about the customer.
