This is ridiculous. My daughter spent all of her money to buy a tablet. three months later it quit charging, and Nextbook replaced the tablet. Now, less than a year later, AGAIN the tablet has quit working, will not charge and the camera is not working correctly. I waited 40 minutes for the rudest representative that I have ever spoken to, to be told I did not have it replaced because they do not have my information in the system. I am so angry I can not believe it.
My son bought a Nextbook Ares 11. six in July, and in Aug it stopped booting up. I have called yourepeatedly, no person ever picks up, even after waiting 40 minutes I have emailed 3x, no response. I am writing to file a complaint in regard to your customer service. In February of 2016, I had to return a defective tablet and exchange it for a new one. At the time, I filed the paperwork which would begin the one year warranty on the new tablet. That tablet is now giving me problems so I contacted the service dept to seek warranty exchange. The service folks told me that I have no warranty since the original one year warranty on the unit I exchanged has expired and there is no coverage for the new one I received eight months ago.
