Mr. David Beggs On Phone To IBC Bank Service
I have been calling customer service for three days now and still do not get nothing, but a recording. Does you customer service work like the bank does 9am to 5pm every day and do not answer calls. I have called after nine am several times and that doesn't help. Can we get this issue resolved in resetting my password or do I need to switch to another bank that is more customer representative?

Would like to file a complaint on my IBC bank in San Antonio off of Nakoma 281..This is a complaint in reference to my recent request fo a international wire retractment made last week due to fraud.From start to now David Solis & Robecca Romo bank officers at IBC have missed handled this with no help at all..The have degraded me told me I was harassing them for callING to check status of this..I also asked for a tracer to be put on this wire, he wrote it down and said this is now up to you..We are wiping are hands clean of this situation..He also told me I was not welcome to call him or Rebecca anymore for this staus..I simply told him I have been polite aND respectful to both of them..He said there is no way to do anything..I told him at the end of the day I would like the outcome of this Wire Retraction..He said nothing and that was that..I have filed an IC3 report with the FBI on the fraud case, plus UK police department, interpol and secret service.
