I am a loyal dillon customer, it is very humid where i live my dies get rusty so i have to put them in ammo cans. How about making a big plastic container that the tool stand the toolhead with powder measure and powder checker installed. The tool head could bolt to the base and the plastic container go over the top, like a big bread container. You could put rust preventer in there. I have some dies i only use once a year. I will buy five right away.

I would agree with Mr. McPhie, the disabled Vet. I too had similar experiences with this "NEW Dillion Management" Like Mr. McPhie, stated I bought my first Dillon 550 in 1988. And it has served me well. Over the past five yrs some of the parts need replacement t I called a few times and was told that many of the parts I would have to buy and were no longer under warranty the shipping cost often exceeds the price of the parts. 16 years ago while Tr aveling in Scottsdale Az. Mike Dillon took me on a tour of the facility Nowadays I shake my head in disbelief that a company with a reputation for such excellent service with a knowledgeable staff has grown into a run of the mill profit grabbing monster. I am sure this is not what Mike envisioned when establishing this fine company.
I have been a 30 year customer of Dillon Precision products, and got a reply from customer service I never thought I would hear from Dillon ;our lifetime warranty is only on some of our products ; I couldn't believe my ears I had a FL 2000 tumbler after many years of service it died on me, and Dillon has always bragged about guaranteed for life we have all heard it, those of us that reload know of what I speak, well seems corporate America, taken over at Dillon, when a man tells me for life, that is what expect. I am a disabled vet at this point in my life, so my budget is very tight and a hundred and ten dollars is a lot of money to me,, but the biggest thing is I never thought a representative of mike Dillon company would utter those words, what a huge disappointment, you know when you have faith in someone and they let you down it hurts, if your name is on it it is yours, there is no way I would have said that to any of my old customers, .
