I have applied for an Standard Chartered credit card. I got message that card will be delivered within 03 working days. I still have not received the card. The Bluedart guys are saying that due to incomplete address they were not able to deliver it. They should call me which they have not. Can you guide me what should I do next? I have been to ING Vysya's ATM machine to withdraw cash, tansaction has been cancelled, but money has been deducted from my account. I got message and mail of deduction. I have ATM slip too in which it is mentioned that transaction cant be done please contact to bank.

However, when I swipe it for a transaction, it declines.
Also, I have enough credit limit to perform the transaction.
Its been more than a month since I had submitted my documents to the Standard Chartered executive. Till date neither have I received the credit card numberr any call from the executive.

I have deposited the cheque amounting one lakh rupees in your drop box facility at M/s Mahaveer Electronics, Bibwewadi, Pune on 29 May 2013, but till on 12 June 2013 same amount is not deducted from my Bank Account.
