We bought PANASONIC LED TV Model: L22EM6DX Sl. No.e00972 from Bharat Electronics, Bhubaneswar under Inv. 169029 dt.15-05-2013 for our bed room. No problem. For Drg room,we sold our Samsung TV and made repeat purchase of PANASONIC LED TV from same dealer under Inv.174275 dt.18-10-2013 in 24" screen size. This one Model L24XM60D Sl No.13SCG20260, but to our surprise we found the movies in pen drives which are opening in model L22EM6DX are not opening in model L24XM60D. On enquiry, we have been asked about the formats. We are not technically competent to analyse formats. We are at loss to get half of the functions desired. We had decided to go for repeat purchase of Panasonic TV with five months interval seeing the performance of model L22EM6DX. We were not explained by the dealer about the deficiencies of model L24XM60D. WE HAVE COMPLAINT MANY TIMES THAT WE ARE FACING PROBLEM. ENGINEER FROM PANASONIC VISITS and HE REPLACED MOTOR two TIMES IN THESE seven MONTHS. AS IT IS IN WARRANTY, WE ARE GETTING MOTOR REPLACED FROM PANASONIC, but AFTER WARRANTY I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE ON MY EXPENSES. I AM NOT RICH TO SPEND ALL THE TIMES.
