I earn medium, this PVR regalia past five days is mot serving combo and I have spent so much money coz of that, even a birthday treat instead of 4000rs costed me 7k :)this is unfair. U are a big brand if you had to remove combo you could at lower the popcorn rate. Even regular size popcorn was not available, starting was large 240 bucks without combo
I ho only to PVR and I love PVR snacks, but this was unfair. I need this to be compensated. I am left with so less money to complete my month since already spent so much coz of sudden PVR changes

Worst experience ever in PVR. Today(10/05/2016, show timing 10:40 A. M., AUDI03) when i went with my friend to enjoy CIVIL WAR in PVR lucknow Singapore Mall Lucknow. The attendant gave me other seat instead of mine(Mine seats waere K9, K10) two or three times people came and ask for their seats and i was just changing again and again my seats instead of enjoying the movie. Even after that when i called to attendant to give my seat which was allotted me by ticket counter he told me to sit some where else. That was really worst and worst experience. I never had that much embarrassment in between some movie or else. If you are not able to give a good service to all of your customers so please stop opening new screens and focus to give good services to your customers first.
