I had booked an eticket through agent Palanivel Velmurugan for travel from Coimbatore to Bangalore on 16-2-2016 by Lokamanya TT Express. As the departure was delayed by over three hours i asked my agent for cancellation of the same. However he could not access the requisite site despite repeated trials and I went to the station to seek help from the station master. He pleaded helpless and asked us to write to irctc saying no cause to worry and irctc would refund after confirming that actual travel was not taken up by us. My agent is also taking up the matter. How long will it take for the refund. A line in confirmation will be appreciated.
